Refund policy

We want you to be happy with the document.

If the document fails to generate, or arrives incomplete or corrupted, tell us and we will regenerate it free or refund you in full.

If you are not satisfied with the document for any other reason, email «CONTACT EMAIL» within 14 days of purchase with your order details and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.

What we cannot refund: we cannot refund on the basis that a principal contractor or client rejected the document, because acceptance is outside our control and the document is a draft for you to review and adapt. We also cannot refund where the document is inaccurate because the information supplied to us was inaccurate.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within five working days.
